Lazer fazer Game Rules
Unfortunately there has to be some rules in place, but these will ensure a good time is had by everyone!
Please be aware that all deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 3 weeks before the date of the party.
Arena Rules
- No person under the age of 6 in the Arena
- No running in the Arena
- No sitting or lying on the floor
- No physical contact
- Please don’t use bad language
- NO food or drink permitted in the arena
- No climbing on the walls or scenery
- Please don’t take any personal belongings into the arena.
- If you have an accident, however minor please report it to your Lazer Leader.
Party Rules
- Don’t forget that you need to provide a birthday cake, if required.
- We have plenty of candles here and we also have napkins to wrap your cake in.
- Party bags are not included on any package so you might want to bring your own party bags with you.
- No person under the age of 6 years will be permitted into the arena.
- You may choose one or two (depending on party size) designated supervisors to enter the arena with your party at a cost of £5 each.
- Games start promptly. We cannot give refunds for late arrivals.
- Photography is permitted.
- Please remember that we require your list of names and the remaining balance to be paid by the day before. Please note that for parties on a Tuesday the remaining balance and list of names is usually required on the Sunday before, as we are closed on Mondays during term time.
- We don’t accept cheques or payments over the telephone
- Please remember that we require 1 adult on the premises for every 5 children in your party.
- Unfortunately once you have paid your final balance refunds cannot be made for children who do not turn up. Therefore we recommend that you only pay for children that you definitely know are coming to the party
- The café will be open during your party for drinks, snacks and hot food. You are welcome to set up a tab for your party room.
- If there are any allergies or special food requirements please can you let us know in advance of the party
- The minimum number for a party is 12 and the maximum is 18.
